Workflow


All we have done in terms of workflow, we did having in mind one single aim: valuing our clients most precious values. And our client's core values are QUALITY and TIME. It is of no utility to deliver within a short timeframe a poor-quality translation, all would agree on this. On the other hand, working in this industry for many years from now on, we are aware that there are certain constraints which, under certain circumstances, will result unavoidably in the necessity to translate, within a short period, big volumes of materials. This is why we're prepared to face complicated situations and - ready to comply with the highest expectations - to deliver massive volumes of excellent quality translations within a short timeframe. Below you can see the schematic structure of our workflow.


Receipt of the material(s) to be translated
(electronic format / hardcopy)
Reading of the instructions from the client, analysis of the format and content, identifying of the specific issues and tools related to the translation (if needed)
Feedback to the client – including, but not limited to: confirmation of receipt, clarification of deadline, discussing about the applicable fee of the service(s), settling the problem of reference materials, confirming the acceptance of the assignment
Selection of the translator or of the team of translators, taking into account the expertise and experience needed and of a Project Manager who will supervise the whole process, being responsible for the timely delivery
Identification of the resources needed for the translation (dictionaries, TM’s, glossaries and other reference materials, online resources)
Creation of a helpdesk with all necessary information, preparation of the files when needed
Translation process is started under the supervision of the Project Manager
The translated material is handed over to the proofreader (technical accuracy, terminological consistency, accurate style, spell checking)
Final cheking
Delivery
Desktop Publishing (if needed)
